Cap d'Espoir
At the end of Cap d'Espoir, looking toward Bonaventure island, the building symbolise a pause and an interference into a timeline.
The existing road and the lot orientation are carrier of two grid on which the entire design is based. The first one (the road) is disturbed by the second one (the lot). This interference represent the contribution of the present to our interpretation of the past and our visions of the future.
These two axis are a physical representation of our incertainties.
The conflicts between theses two grids create a design pattern that highlight the fight between two visions.
